What: slower weekly bull/bear/sideways detector. Why: test whether higher timeframe state is easier to operate live.

Weekly detection matched manual labels better than the simple 1h rule-based detector.
But it was too slow for this router and hurt trading performance.
So slower detection alone is not the answer.
